| Description |
Gaia's Pantry is large enough to accept fresh garden produce in a cooler in addition to the non-perishable food and toiletries. The New Mexico Health Department provided guidelines as to what items are safe to share. All fresh produce must be in the state of harvest, without being modified by home cooking. Factory-produced items may be shared with proper handling and refrigeration, for example, preserved meats and properly sealed dairy products.
