| Description | This project was initiated in 2017 by students in the grade 5/6 class at Queen Elizabeth Public School. They wanted to address food security in a simple way that just made sense to them – as neighbours helping neighbours. By the end of the school year, the class set up a Little Free Pantry in Chatham’s east side neighbourhood, with help along the way from East Side Pride, Schatz Bros. Construction, Denomy’s Audio Video and Family Service Kent. |
